Foundation Erwin Olaf specializes in preserving and activating the legacy of artist Erwin Olaf (1959-2023). Guided by his values and principles, the foundation is committed to both preserving Olaf’s inheritance and activating it to become accessible to future generations for artistic, educational, and cultural purposes.
The Foundation’s educational branch wishes to make the artistic inheritance of Erwin Olaf available and relevant for adjacent target groups through artistic education, talent development, cultural participation and knowledge exchange.
The Foundation is actively working on preserving and making accessible Erwin Olaf’s artistic legacy, including photographs, negatives, sketches, publications, and archival materials. A comprehensive archive and catalogue raisonné are currently being developed.
