The Foundation specializes in the art of spotlighting. Not to stand in the light itself, but to direct it toward marginalized voices—people who deserve to be heard and given space.
Foundation Erwin Olaf preserves and activates the legacy of artist Erwin Olaf (1959–2023). Guided by his values, the Foundation is committed to themes such as freedom, love, inclusion, and human rights. It supports social initiatives that dare to speak out and offer new perspectives.
The Foundation is also actively working on the preservation, digitization, and research of the collection of Erwin Olaf in order to make the oeuvre accessible for future generations, research and public engagement.
